Bring your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and join us in this newly created role as a skilled IT Systems Finance & Operations Specialist, leading the strategic technical development, support and implementation of D365 F&O across the organisation. In this key role you'll ensure continuous improvement, integration, and optimisation of business systems to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Our expectations are that you will:

  • Own the administration, performance, and functionality of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform
  • Manage incidents and change requests while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
  • Lead system enhancements and integration projects across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored system solutions
  • Partner with vendors and external solution providers to ensure service excellence and SLA compliance
  • Ensure adherence to IT compliance standards and support quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture within the Business Systems Team


A bit about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in software development, with 3+ years focused on Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Advanced skills in X++ programming and D365 F&O configuration/customisation
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules
  • Agile delivery experience with exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
